Job Role : Territory Manager


Location : North Delhi and West Delhi

Reporting to : Regional Manager-Sales

A territory sales manager is responsible for supervising the sales operations and meeting the sales goals of the company in the designated territory. Their duties include creating new sales strategies, training sales representatives and identify potential distributors within the territory, and setting sales plans.

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify potential dealers, distributors & Team required and establish strong business relationships with existing channel partners.

- Sound sales skills to make customers understand the importance of the products

- Ability to address conflicts or disputes proactively and resolve issues constructively

- Leadership skills to manage teams within the territory

- Result-oriented to achieve sales targets and grow the revenue

- Strong time management skills

- Strong analytical skills to process acquired data

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

- Develop different sale channel like HORECA, General Trade, Modern Retail/Trade, Institutional sales.

- Having experience in Premium/Entry Level Premium/Specialised Brands in : Cosmetic/Personal Care/Food/Cosmeceuticals/Supplements/OTC Pharma

- Non FMCG candidate
