Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of our sales strategy for the National (Delhi) division of beauty and personal care and for managing the overall NAM C&H sales team.

- Contributes to the development of an overall sales strategy for beauty and personal care to establish a robust pipeline of revenue

- Identifies and helps to drive key growth initiatives based on target markets and service offerings

- Works with corporate marketing to drive awareness of Inatur capabilities

- Develops sales presentations for clients, consistent with the sales and marketing strategies

- Identifies and participates in relevant exhibitions and conferences

- Drives the development of cost proposals, leveraging the client services team

- Collaborates with the Operations Director and Science Director on a coordinated sales approach

- Directs the sales efforts of the sales team (including sales executive and account managers) towards the achievement of specific annual sales targets

- Manages and develops the members of the sales team

- Presents to clients regarding our delivery capabilities

- Assists developing and managing a qualification process for prospective sales opportunities

- Leads periodic pipeline meetings in order to drive sales actions and alignment with strategy

- Serves on and contributes to Inatur beauty and Personal Care executive leadership committee.

- As required, contributes to Inatur beauty and Personal Care global expansion strategies.

- Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or equivalent - Required

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales / account management within client service industry(sales) Required

- 5+ years of previous supervisory experience - Preferred

- Experience in managing other sales resources - Required

- Experience within Beauty and Personal Care Products- Preferred
