Job Summary :
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive specializing in grievance handling to join our dedicated team at Harfun. This role will focus on providing exemplary customer support through inbound and outbound calls, addressing product inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering valuable feedback. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to Harfun's products and services.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, availability, pricing, and order status.
- Listen attentively to customer grievances, demonstrating empathy and understanding while working to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions, in the company's CRM system for record-keeping and analysis.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution, ensuring prompt follow-up and closure.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback on their experience with Harfun's products and services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address recurring customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.
- Uphold Harfun's brand values and customer service standards in all interactions, striving to exceed customer expectations with every interaction.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and stay aligned with the company's objectives and initiatives.
