HappyLocate - Associate - Inside Sales (0-2 yrs)
Note- We are looking for candidates with 60% and above overall grade in their highest qualification, Excellent English Communication skills (Must Have), Sales Aptitude, Enthusiastic & willing to learn. Candidates will be provided with initial training on tools, systems & processes in order to be successful in this role.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Manage end to end customer life cycle: from customer on-boarding to post service engagement with customers.
- Excellent on Negotiations
- Responsible for end-to-end lead conversion.
- Handle customer inquiries via Telephone, Live Chat & and by email.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.
- Manage escalated service concerns received from customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Operating on CRM tools (Freshdesk)
- Strong Aptitude for Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Delight.
- Excellent Communication Skills - both English & Hindi, any local language is desirable.
