Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves reaching sales targets, developing sales strategies, and continuously improving knowledge of our services.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the relocation service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 06- 1 year of experience in sales
