Assistant Manager/Manager - Vendor Management
We are looking for outstanding candidates for Vendor Mangement, who can manage and grow vendors (packers and movers) on the platform. This role will be on a full-time basis, based out of HappyLocate, K. Narayanpura, Bangalore, and has the potential to evolve quickly into a Manager role based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
Responsibilities :
1. Managing Packers and Movers and growing their individual business on the platform
2. Ensuring superior on ground relocation experience to customers.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service to customers
4. Follow the defined Standard Operating Processes
Candidates with the below skillset are preferred :
1. Excellent on Negotiations
2. Strong Aptitude for Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Delight.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closure
4. Candidates with Proficiency in English, Hindi and any other regional language will be preferred.
5. Candidates with prior experience of sales & vendor management are recommended.
6. Experience with Technology/ Relocation/ Startups would be useful.
7. High detail orientation.
