Required Skills :
- Proficiency on Ms-Excel.
- Good Communication Skill and learning capability.
- Previous sales experience in Logistic, Insurance, Hotels, Packers and Movers category, etc.
- Startup or young company background is a plus.
- People who has frequency in Hindi and English.
Day to Day Activity :
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone, live chat & and email.
- Manage end to end customer life cycle, from customer on-boarding to post service engagement with customers.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.
- Manage escalated service concerns received from customers. Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Responsible for end to end lead conversion.
