HappyEasyGo - Lead - Strategic Alliance (2-5 yrs)
- Drive all strategic alliances & partnerships end to end and sustain them with key stakeholders, engage with brands/partners to strike partnerships and develop the execution plan.
- Identify and execute against brand elevating partnerships and activations focused on turning Happyeasygo into a household name in the region.
- Manage end to end partner relationship from - Identify, driving the initial conversation, negotiation, contracting, execution at our end, result tracking and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships that can help drive new customer acquisition and revenue; forge and develop relationships to enable continued rapid growth and expansion
- Plan and launch new offerings/products for the customers with the banking & marketing partners as per the business objectives
- Leverage synergistic strategic partnerships for multiple brand initiatives
- Analyse data and compile weekly and monthly reports that include metrics on engagement, community growth, traffic to site, leads and conversions
Experience and Skill -
- 2+ years of Experience in Partnership and alliances (Travel industry is a plus)
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best Brands partner with us.
