HappyEasyGo - Lead - Brand Marketing (2-5 yrs)
- Analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumer's insights, taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
- Think out of the box to strategize Marketing Plans and Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Manage Events, ATL/BTL, Offline promotion, all marketing activity to attract the users and closely work with internal stake holders and external agencies to drive brand objectives.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Optimize and drive the user acquisition process and provide thought leadership to scale up with help of improved operations processes, brand recognition, etc.
Experience and Skill -
- 2+ years of Experience in brand management and communication (Travel industry is a plus)
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Leadership/Self-starting/out of the box thinking capabilities, strategic analysis, collaboration skills
