Field Sales executive - Merchant acquisition
Applicants should mandatorily have experience in acquiring Organised retailers or large format retail merchants for an internet/eCommerce company like Food delivery, Food wallet, Food rewards and listing, Mobile/UPI payment apps, loyalty and rewards companies.
Job Responsibilities :
- Leveraging existing local relationships to Acquire and on-board in-store merchants (restaurants / QSRs / grocers and pharmacies etc.) for HappyCredit, an online O2O rewards platform.
- Build pipeline and contacts for both national chain-based accounts as well as local standalone merchants in your respective city.
- Continuously acquire new merchants and retain existing merchants with proactive account engagement and support.
- Manage the entire account lifecycle from account strategy, customer engagement, commercial negotiation
