Happy Visitor - Manager - Enterprise Sales (2-3 yrs)

- Happy Visitor is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a knack for driving B2B SaaS sales. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in the realm of Physical Security automation, facilities, or administration functions. Your primary goal will be to hunt new accounts.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for target markets.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. This includes conducting meetings, discovery workshops, product demonstrations with clients/prospects, understanding their requirements, creating required documentation, developing recommendations in collaboration with solution architects, negotiating contracts, and more.

- Consistently meet and exceed assigned quotas on a month-on-month basis.

- Maintain client engagement through regular meetings, calls, visits, etc.

- Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts and identify cross-sale/up-sell opportunities by cultivating excellent client relationships.

- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.

- Forge partnerships with relevant organizations in the external ecosystem to accelerate sales growth.

- Conduct business reviews to discuss progress and address any roadblocks to acquiring new customers.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably in Security automation, facilities, or administration software.

- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with C-level executives.

- Ability to manage clients independently with minimal supervision.

- Deep understanding of the front office automation market and its trends.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Travel flexibility and willingness to work from the office.
