Happy Visitor - Enterprise Account Manager (3-10 yrs)
1. Taking ownership & leading Account Management (farming) activity in your assigned accounts.
2. Engaging with key people in the respective accounts to drive activation.
3. Generating additional revenue by cross selling.
4. Create and execute output driven sustainable account management plan.
5. Managing customer / revenue loss.
6. Keeping track of Support tickets for your respective account.
7. Periodic follow-ups.
