Role Overview :
- We're looking for a passionate, hands-on marketer who is interested in solving one of the world's largest problems - access to finance. Our team is doing cutting-edge work in digital lending, using unique data to give people in India access to unsecured credit - something they- ve never had before. This helps us realize the vision of unlocking financial access, choice, and control for underserved people globally.
- Our customer base is entirely mobile, and the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be a key part of developing and refining our engagement strategy across all markets. Ideal candidates will be creative problem solvers who are curious about what makes people tick and have a strong desire to help our customers expand their financial horizons. They will have a strong understanding of the nuances of different forms of marketing communication, digital channels, social media and experience driving retention programs.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Champion the execution and optimization of customer lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Align the business goals with brand vision
- Increase speed of testing insights and strength of findings
- Own end-to-end management of campaigns, including content, production, setup, deployment, monitoring, analysis, and presentation of results
- Initiate marketing and communication related changes relevant to engagement & retention objectives
- Intellectual rigor and curiosity, ability to process and synthesize data
- Work with teams to identify areas of opportunity and ways to increase local relevance of our messages
Requirements :
- 4+ years of relevant experience managing web and mobile B2C messaging campaigns (push notification, SMS, in-app messages)
- Strong analytical approach to funnel activation metrics, campaign performance, and optimization
- Highly proficient in mobile marketing platforms (e.g. Braze, UrbanAirship, Iterable)
- Hands-on experience scoping and running A/B and multivariate tests
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to write and edit effective short form copy (primarily push notifications and SMS messages)
- Work with humility, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude of - Customer First-
- #Bonus is someone who knows brand management and media management
- #Bonus if proficient with data analysis tools (e.g. Amplitude, Looker, Tableau)
Key Competencies :
- Extensively experienced in building intuitive, consumer-oriented experiences and interfaces.
- Hands on experience with complex project management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
Qualification & Experience :
- B.B.A / M.B.A (Top-Tier Institutes, India or Abroad) or equivalent education.
- 4+ years of experience in web & b2c marketing
