We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Tide Loan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client handling, resolving customer queries, and working in the field to promote our financial products. This role primarily focuses on engaging with MSME customers to offer our Tide Loan products, which include a specialized purchasing card that allows customers to earn money through usage.
Key Responsibilities :
Field Sales: Visit MSME customers to promote Tide Loan products, specifically the purchasing card that offers earning benefits.
Client Handling: Manage and build relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Customer Support: Address and resolve customer queries related to product usage, benefits, and other concerns.
Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of the Tide Loan purchasing card to prospective customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and earn incentives based on performance.
Requirements :
Experience : Previous experience in sales, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].
Customer Service : Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
Mobility : Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
