Happy Easy Go - Loyalty Manager (3-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Design HEG consumer loyalty program to keep customers inside the HEG system with value-added benefits and to increase the loyalty members base.
- Develops, owns and manages customer journey mapping to help understand customers experience through their lens.
- Plan the product roadmap and Develop annual forecast for product growth and user base.
- Responsible for understanding what activities increase customer retention and aligning that with internal company priorities in ways that benefit our customers
- Continually evolves and optimizes content and materials to improve customer perception of value to drive advocacy and referrals
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, plus the ability to clearly articulate and express complex and technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level.
- Highly self-motivated, including the ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired business results
Experience and Skill :
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience and consumer-based online experience, preferably travel industry
