Happy Easy Go - Executives - Customer Care (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1 Answering incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
2 Maintaining record of Customer's information.
3 Maintain Quality Standards.
4 Should have proactive approach and can think out of the box to help customers.
5 Handling Emails, if required.
6 Making outbound calls for failed transaction or sales conversion.
Required Skills & Experience :
1 Minimum 6 months of calling experience, inbound customer service.
2 Graduate in any stream.
3 Basic Travel knowledge (City Codes, Airport Codes, Airline codes)
4 Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills.
5 Computer literate.
