Happionaire - Manager - Telecalling & Sales (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Make phone conversations with individuals who have attended Masterclass on sales.
- Aggressively following up with prospects and closing sales with the sales cycle.
- Communicating and motivating lead through channels like calls, sms, WhatsApp, email to close deals.
- Monitoring own performance and keeping track of conversions and average revenue generated per lead, average revenue generated per sale, etc.
- Achieving weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
Requirements :
- Go getter who is persistent, ambitious to get results and grow and knows how to influence people.
- Should deliver sales pitch and be focused on bringing results
- Should be willing to work in a high pressure environment and be willing to learn fast.
- Remote Working - Needs To Have Internet, Laptop & Phone.
