Happay - Senior Executive - Customer Support (1-2 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution with in SLA
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Work with customer service manager and Team leads to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Flexible to work in shifts
Requirements :
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages
- 1 - 2 years of customer support experience handling voice, and email support
- Familiar with CRM and ticketing systems like freshdesk, Zoho etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer orientation, empathy and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Experience in Fintech/ Banking industry is preferred
