Happay - Sales Coordinator (1-4 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY :
- Candidate with 1-3 Years of experience in the position will facilitate processing of enquires / sale orders / any other requests with clients, to ensure efficiencies in booking sales. Candidate will be a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the coordination process. Candidate from similar industry i.e Door manufacturing would be given preference.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Candidate should understand the Job and prepare quotation accordingly.
- Candidate must be able to read drawings and should have flair for technical knowledge for processing of queries and orders.
- Aspirant must prepare offers based on technical inputs from sales.
- Candidate must be able to generate shop floor drawings for client approval based on the inputs and tools provided by the factory.
- Process orders and keep track of all orders under process. Check purchase orders both technically and commercially.
- Candidate will be SPOC and must be able to liaise with client & coordinate with them. Provide all relevant support and services for effective sales function.
- Maintain record of all orders including invoices, collection made by sales team against each order.
- Maintaining database of PO, sale orders, quotations, dispatch details, etc.

- Depending on Candidate and his grasp of the Job assigned, aspirant will have chances to move for a progression into Sales (need based), if aspirant is a qualified Engineer or a Diploma holder.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES :
- Good Communication written & oral in English along with respective regional language is a must.
- Proficiency in MS office i.e. Excel and Word is must.
