About The Role: Manager E- commerce
- We are looking to hire an experienced E-commerce manager to help us with website and end-to-end marketplace management (Flipkart, Amazon, our own website etc.).
- Someone who has worked on E-Commerce platforms by himself to actually drive the sales.
- They are expected to monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries, maintain website content, and ensure all content is up to date. All pages, products & prices on the site are correct.
Responsibilities
- Creating and Managing Listings on all major eCommerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc.
- Complete P&L responsibility of online sales and ad campaigns including marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart & more).
- Promotional campaign planning & management. (Like Amazon and Amazon Sponsored Ads).
- Weekly Ads optimization on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Category and competitor pricing analysis.
- Managing relationships with Account managers of online portals of Flipkart, Amazon, etc.
- Optimizing on catalog graphics & images, videos, and content -Reporting on the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Awareness regarding the operational ecommerce challenges.
Basic Qualifications
- The basic technical know-how of an E-commerce site and experience in handling portals' dashboards is a must.
- Good understanding of online marketing opportunities (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile, SEO, keyword optimizer).
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools and excel/spreadsheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: 5-7 lacs per annum
