- Salary : CTC 2.8 Lacs/annum (2.3 lacs fixed+0.5 lacs variable)

Responsibilities :

- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in the company.

- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle and liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Arrange and plan out warehouse, SOPs, plan routes and process shipments

- Resolve any arising problems or complaints

- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations

- Work with the product development team in the development of the new products.
