Strategic Responsibilities :
1. Drive customer engagement across various social platforms
2. Design and develop various product marketing communications, and E-commerce catalogues
3. Closely work with the performance marketing agency and ops to drive the sales from our D2C channel www.happafoods.com
4. Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns influencer marketing campaigns etc.
5. Help other sales channel in achieving their sales goal by providing the relevant and timely marketing support.
Skills / Experience :
- Either you bring in experience of doing the job for minimum 2 years or if you don't have the experience, you bring in the passion to learn and perform.
- Ability to work on unstructured environment
- Strong first principle thinking and analytical skills
- Graduate with great communication skills
Compensation - Rs. 20,000-50,000 / month
