Context:
Client expectation that MS team should add value in campaign engagement by analyzing the outcome and recommending better campaigns based on performance analysis and trends.
Ideal person profile:
- Should have done analysis and reporting / MIS reports etc. for minimum 1 or 2 years.
- Basic marketing degree (BMS/MBA) is preferred.
- Should have good understanding of BFSI domain.
- Should have good analysis skill (using Excel) and very good presentation skill (using PowerPoint) to clients or stakeholders.
- Certification in business analyst can be an added advantage.
- Using analytical tool like power BI or Tableau is option but can be valuable.
Expected role
- Understanding requirement by Co-ordinating with client to get brief/BRD/Creative assets for the campaign.
- Timely and error free execution of campaigns with help of campaigns team
- Measuring campaign performance by using campaign reports
- Tracking campaign performance based on agreed KPIs and preparing performance report.
- Checking performance trends of campaigns - open / click/ conversion through reports.
- Analyzing the reports to arrive at trends and insights.
- Presenting the weekly performance and monthly insights to client
- Recommending better campaigns based on performance analysis.
