Salary Budget : Between (2,40,000 - 3,60,000) per Annum
- The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.
Responsibilities :
1. Manage Incoming Calls
2. Generate Sales Leads
3. Build Sustainable Relationships And Trust With Customer Accounts Through Open And Interactive Communication
4. Meet Personal/Customer Service Team Sales Targets And Call Handling Quotas
5. Handle Customer Complaints, Provide Appropriate Solutions And Alternatives Within The Time Limits; Follow Up To Ensure Resolution.
6. Keep Records Of Customer Interactions, Process Customer Accounts And File Documents.
7. Follow Communication Procedures, Guidelines And Policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
