Role and Responsibilities :
- Selling Matrimonial Packages On Call
- Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls
- Build Strong Relationship/Trust With Customers By Understanding The Customer Requirements And Suggesting The Right Product To The Customers
- Ask Appropriate Questions To Understand Customer Requirements To Close Sales
- Explain The Service Features And Provide Accurate Info
- Go The Extra Mile To Meet The Daily Target And Facilitate Sales, Revenue Growth
- Capture Insights From Customer Interactions And Share It With Internal Team
