- As a Business Development executive, you'd be the face of the company when it comes to representing us at an event or meeting a prospective client or closing in on a sale.
- You'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships thereby ensuring a healthy retention as well as letting us explore further business opportunities within the network.
- Cold-calling whenever there's a need for the same depending on the priority and the business index of the client.
- Managing small sized teams every now and then to ensure that the complete onboarding process is successful via the interplay of strong supervision and smooth regulation.
- Using primary or secondary research tools to effectively scout potential leads, devise an approach strategy and pan out innovative ways to convert them.
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- People with extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong and proven sense of leadership.
- A person who is articulate, detail-oriented, technologically inclined, likes to hustle, multitask and work on timelines.
- An overall suave personality with a general sense of humour and other abilities to induce conversations.
