Job Responsibilities
- Should be able to communicate effectively with the clients.
- Handle Inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
- Should be able to identify customers- needs and wants.
- Maintain clarity in giving information about the products and services.
- Contact existing customers as well as new prospective customers using scripts
- Understand the specifications of the customers and give them appropriate reply.
- Should be able to handle queries related to the products and services.
- Deal with the clients in a professional manner.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Graduate in any stream, having minimum experience of 1-2 years
- Having pleasing personality, should have working knowledge of MS Excel.
