- Sales training, coaching, mentoring, preparing learning documents, training.
- Documents, preparing, collecting and providing required information and updates to the tele-sales team.
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting Product, Sales and Communication training.
- Maximizes sales agent's effectiveness by determining and solving training needs.
- Gives feedback to agents based on QC reports.
- Managing sales agent's performance by giving regular feedback, coaching and mentoring.
