Job Brief :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Public Relations (PR) Executive to manage the relationships between a company and external parties. You will be the one to project the - face- of the company and will be instrumental in enhancing its popularity and trustworthiness.
An excellent PR Executive is, above all, an exceptional communicator. They possess creativity and knowledge of different tactics to identify and engage the appropriate target audience.
The goal is to build a strong communications network around the company that will ensure good relationship with the general public and rising awareness of the company and its brand.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Develop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics
2. Writing and producing presentations and press releases
3. Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
4. Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
5. Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
6. Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets, timescales and objectives
7. Draw references around public opinion based upon traditional media analysis, social media and web analytics reports
8. Provide inputs on content strategy based upon analytics around public opinion to improve overall public sentiments and engagement.
9. Organize and coordinate PR activities
10. Use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximize company exposure
11. Assess opportunities for sponsorships and other partnerships and manage relations
12. Analyse results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports
Skills Required :
1. Highly creative and imaginative partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
2. Confident, self-motivated and believe in collaborative approach.
3. Self-disciplined and believe in team spirit.
4. Proven experience of minimum 1.5 years as public relations executive or similar role
5. Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels
6. Solid knowledge of social media (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
8. Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations
9. BSc/BA in PR, marketing or similar field
