Hamilton Houseware - Assistant Manager - HORECA Sales (4-6 yrs)
Objectives :
1. Achieving Revenue Targets : To achieve the revenue targets of the Key Accounts of HoReCa.
2. Delivering Customer Satisfaction : To deliver customer satisfaction of the end Key HoReCa customer, through efficient co-ordination between internal and external stakeholders of the company.
3. Channel Management : Channel appointment/development to service HoReCa Key Accounts
4. Brand Building : Driving all the brand building and marketing support activities for the business vertical.
- Key Responsibilities :
1. Achieving the HoReCa Key Account acquisition targets
2. Achieving Key Account wise revenue targets of HoReCa, like 3 star + hotels, renowned hotels and restaurants, food chains etc.
3. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
4. Need based channel appointment/development for servicing HoReCa customers
5. Development of digital platform, specific to HoReCa, for brand building.
6. Brand building through increased brand visibility by way of marketing collateral support for the retail market
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE 5-6 years /26 years to 35 years
Persons with proven work experience as BD sales personnel will be preferred
QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL : Graduate
DESIRABLE : MBA-Marketing preferred
TARGET INDUSTRIES : HoReCa, Cutlery and Crockery, Kitchen ware or any FMCD
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL: 3 years
DESIRABLE : 5- 6 years
COMPETENCIES : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Good Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Skill, B2B Sales Experience preferably HoReCa. Result oriented and the ability to work with little or no supervision. Creative skills will be an added advantage.
