Hamee India - Head - Digital Marketing (8-13 yrs)
Role Overview :
- Head - Digital Marketing for the development and execution of multiple digital marketing campaigns for online accessory and fashion brand in India.
- Campaigns include a paid display, sponsored content, editorial, social, and other online/digital tactics used to support such businesses.
- You must be a highly analytical and creative individual who can develop and maintain a dynamic campaign testing framework in order to optimize results and maximize learning.
- You will also work closely with key internal and external stakeholders such as agencies, strategic partners, cross-functional teams and executive management to ensure alignment of campaign strategy and plans. You are a highly adaptable and independent individual who can easily adjust to changing operating environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages campaign development and execution for B2C related digital marketing programs including, but not limited to, paid display, search, sponsored content, editorial and social.
- Works closely with leadership to develop an overall digital marketing strategy and ensures timely development and execution.
- Develops effective test and learn a framework to maximize learnings and insights across all digital channels and tactics.
- Provides programmatic and creative input on all online marketing tactics and related response journeys to ensure brand consistency.
- Experience with an e-commerce or online selling business is a must. Must know how to handle large budget ads.
- Collaborates with strategic partners, agencies, internal functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
- Collaborates with the analytical support team to track campaign results and related KPIs.
- Develops and maintains campaign level budgets and forecast.
Skill and Competencies :
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a broad range of experience across B2C digital marketing tactics.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices and performance management tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
