Hale Healthcare IT Labs - Executive - Sales/Business Development (2-5 yrs)

Roles & responsibilities :
- We are looking for a salesperson with comprehensive understanding of the full-cycle Sales process. You should have good education, job knowledge, job skills and prior experience as a salesperson in a Software/IT services company. You should be keeping yourself up to date with the latest in the relevant work / technology areas.
- The candidate must have a sound understanding and a strong motivation to work for a growing organization.
- You will be responsible and accountable for New Business Development i.e., to build and expand new client accounts. You'll primarily need to work in US time-zone. Some of the activities you'll be expected/need to do are:
- Lead-generation/Finding Suitable Prospects & Creating Opportunities i.e., source new sales opportunities through outbound campaigns i.e., cold calls, email, LinkedIn or other campaigns.
- Creating and Qualifying opportunities i.e., Understand prospect/client's needs and requirements, do BANT etc.
- Opportunity Conversions/Convert Prospects to Clients i.e., work with multiple stakeholders, our/internal and client-side business and/or engineering personnel/contacts/teams, on qualified opportunities for further development and closure.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and opportunity conversions (creation of new clients and projects).
- Build/Extend a strong Prospect Pipeline. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Build/Extend a strong Client Portfolio. Research built client accounts, identify key players and generate interest for further work i.e., up sell and cross sell.
Eligibility Criteria :
- MBA (Sales and Marketing) from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales work experience for a Software/IT services company.
- Prior experience & proven results in new business-generation working with US/overseas clients with outsourcing needs is required.
- Prior experience working with prospects in multiple different regions like North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific is a plus.
- Track record of over-achieving new business development targets
- Track record of over-achieving qualified lead generation and lead conversion targets
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of international calls per day (US calling experience required)
- Willingness to work primarily on all US time-zones, across various territories.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience working with a CRM

- Effective English Communication Skills
- You shall call/work with North American prospects/client accounts.
- You will need to have excellent Reading/Writing/Listening/Speaking skills.
Strong Research & Analysis Skills :
- You will need to be a very well-informed person; someone naturally inquisitive & interactive.
- You will need to understand the business of prospects/clients as well as our organization's work-areas, services, offerings etc.
Excellent Presentations Skills :
- You will need to prepare for prospecting and present your ideas/proposals in a clean and clear manner.
- You'll need to know how to use existing content/material/resources or build your own.
Smart Coordination Skills
- You will need to be a good team player, with excellent interpersonal & conversational skills.
- You will be interacting with multiple stakeholders i.e., Marketing, Engineering, Prospects and Clients.
Required Process/Organizational Skills :
- Prospecting/Sales-follow-ups as well as Billing/Invoices-Payment (A/R) follow-ups will need to be up to the mark.
- Create/Influence/Sustain interests of prospects/clients, make & discuss proposals, generate & convert opportunities to mutually acceptable & sustainable engagements.
