Haldirams - Sales Trainer (7-10 yrs)
- Complete knowledge of Training life Cycle.
- Responsible to run training cycle from Identify Training needs to effectiveness mapping.
- To design & publish training calendar as per needs.
- Create, Update and Manage Organizational Skill Inventory and Content.
- Identification of Subject Matter Experts from different verticals and facilitate Structured Course.
- Designing, Delivery, Assessments and Certification for Functional Training Modules
- Design customized training content or material, SOPs, Road Map, Flow chart etc.
- Strategize new training methods to be implemented.
- Discipline and provide coaching to salespeople as necessary
- Design & run assessment & evaluation as a PD process
- Facilitate Induction and Orientation Programs for new joiners.
- Assess training effectiveness and take preventive and corrective measures.
- Work closely with sales managers to develop content for sales promotion & customers retentivity.
- Contributes in team building & sales promotional activities.
- Ability to communicate and work with cross functional departments to be developed inhouse trainers.
- Brainstorming ideas & assurance of executions through training delivery.
