HairOriginals - Associate - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, including beauty salons and beauty professionals.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to showcase Hair Originals' offerings.
- Understand each client's unique needs and preferences and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to create and implement sales plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in our CRM system.
- Represent Hair Originals at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Travel within your assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
