- Sales of Apartments at site level
- End to End handling of customers
- Coordinating & Organizing site visits
- Achieving Sales Target by adherimng and managing sales
- Participating in Sales & Exhibitions
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating price and contracts
- Determining clients- needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
SKILLS :
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
