GyanPro - Learning Solution Specialist - Customer Support (1-5 yrs)
- We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the role of LSS preferably having a previous hands-on work experience in an Education Company or has a sound knowledge about STEAM Education in India.
- An individual who is motivated and driven to expand the business through lead generation by maintaining a good and healthy relationship with the client.
Overview of your responsibilities :
- Manage Inbound Queries and Update the query details in the CRM
- Understand customer requirements and forward the information to the relevant team.
- Cold Call, Collate and sort new Marketing and Sales Database
- Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
- Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Follow-up with Potential Customers to conclude and close the contract.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
- Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to the management.
- Providing effective administrative support.
