- We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the role of Business Coordinator preferably having a previous hands-on work experience in an Edtech Company or has a sound knowledge about STEAM Education in India.
- An individual who is motivated and driven to expand the business through lead generation by maintaining a good and healthy relationship with the client.
Please note : Work location is Bangalore. This is not a remote job opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Inbound Queries and Update the query details in the CRM
- Understand customer requirements and forward the information to the relevant team.
- Cold Call, Collate and sort new Marketing and Sales Database
- Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
- Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Follow-up with Potential Customers to conclude and close the contract.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
- Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to the management.
- Providing effective administrative support.
Eligibility Criteria :
Preferred Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Marketing Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
Preferred Work Experience: 1 year working experience in a Montessori or School as Coordinators
Desired Skills :
- Knowledge about STEAM education.
- Previous experience and understanding of the mindset of School management and workflow
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Analytics, CRM tools).
- Creating Marketing Powerpoints relevant to the products and clients.
- Collaborative skills.
- Conflict Management and Resolution.
