Gxpress Solutions - Executive - Sales (0-1 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate enquiries and leads, coordinate with sales teams to convert the leads and enquiries into closers.
- Call and develop business relationships with prospect customers.
- Responding and approaching the prospect customers over email.
- Understand the importance of exports and imports and generate the leads accordingly as per the requirement figure novel ways that can help Gxpress expand its business.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
- Work on the monthly and weekly targets
- Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm's freight transportation services.
- Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
- Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Responsible for aiding successful pickup and delivering.
Desired Qualification and Experience
- International or domestic calling in premium call centres or doing business development over phone and direct communication.
- Proficient in spoken English language and has natural flair to talk to people about International logistic work with them to achieve both tangible and intangible results.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree Holder.
