Sales Executive (Jaipur)

Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of proven experience in banking sales to join our logistics team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales skills and customer relationship management experience from the banking sector to drive sales and business development in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the logistics industry.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their logistics needs.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay updated on the latest logistics solutions, services, and industry trends.

- Educate customers on the benefits and features of the company's logistics services.

Sales Strategies and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet business goals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales within the banking industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to travel within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience or knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.
