Gxpress - Executive - Marketing (0-2 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and promote our services in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
- Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and demographics to tailor marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Create innovative campaigns and initiatives to promote our logistics services.
- Develop engaging content for various marketing collateral, including website content, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve services and client experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the logistics or related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in marketing tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
