Job Summary :
The Senior/Lead Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a strong background in international sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of building relationships with clients across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners globally.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions for international clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and identify new leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international sales.
Qualifications :
- Any Degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, with a focus on international sales.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in diverse markets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
