GUVI Geek Network - Performance Marketing Specialist (2-4 yrs)
The ideal candidate will own the online advertising strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for multiple products. This candidate will launch advertisements with a clear focus on ROI & CAC.
Responsibilities :
1) Plan, own, execute a data-driven & customer-centric Paid Advertising Strategy across Guvi's product lines to execute the goals of the business with the best ROI
2) Generate & meet the lead requirements from the sales team across channels such as Facebook, Google, Linked In, Quora, Native Ads. (more platforms are recommended)
3) Analyze Competitors & identify the new opportunities using tools like SEMRush and optimize the Paid Advertising strategies consistently.
4) Develop and evolve advanced targeting & segmentation strategies that deliver truly most valuable campaigns
5) Own the business goals across the Marketing Funnel from reducing the Lead Generation cost to optimizing Customer Acquisition Costs
6) Measure & Report the business-related KPIs to management and agree on the actions plans agreed based on data
7) Analyze & draw insights from each paid medium and take necessary actions to meet the ROI goals in close coordination with the sales team.
8) Work with an enterprising team and contribute to organizational goals via self-driven initiatives.
9) Should have worked with a CRM earlier
Qualifications :
1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2) Passionate Brand Builder
3) 2-4 Years of Experience with business to customer social media
4) Strong creative and analytical skills
5) Work Experience in Edutech Companies will be added benefit
