Gutenberg - Account Manager - Sales - Digital Marketing Services (4-8 yrs)
Remote working facility/Hybrid
- Primary responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following.
- Strategic Account Management :
- Instrumental in owning Digital Media strategies based on clients' needs, the digital media industry, competitor's approach, clients' target audience and ensuring that all client outcomes are delivered in keeping with the company standards of quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Drive client strategy and advise them on how to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner by utilizing various marketing channels most efficiently, advising on the interplay and integration between all digital channels and ensuring that advice is delivered with confidence.
- Ensure processes for accounts and team members, approach documents for new clients and campaign creation are adhered to. Responsible for ensuring all processes are adhered to and documentation related to clients' accounts are up to date and maintained in a timely manner.
Business Development :
- Drive business growth for the account and ensure client retention and growth.
- Explore Cross selling and up selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Support business growth for assigned accounts and ensure client retention and growth.
Additional responsibilities :
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality while juggling multiple channels of activity and a demonstrated ability to work independently, managing own time, and prioritizing effectively.
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required.
