Strategic Business Planning:
- Develop and implement Effective sales Strategies,Build a strong network of clients (B2B & B2C Segment).
- Lead Sales Team (7 to 10 Member)
- Catalyst for Sales & Marketing
- Distribution Management & Retail & Dealer Channel Management
- Increase the sales revenues by productively maintaining business relationships.
- Able to build & direct distribution networks in domestic markets (C&FA agents, distributors, wholesalers, dealers & retailers)
- Retailing and placement of products, training and development of distributor sales person,
- Beat planning and route planning, managing and running secondary schemes, Merchandising, maintain daily sales report.
- Implements the monthly sales plan by salesman and outlet and follows up the execution on a daily basis by monitoring the daily sales reports, Reporting of sales performance, rural distribution experience.
- Annual business Planning and achieving both top and bottom line.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and annual Sales forecasts
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with Clients- needs.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches.
- Documentation like Quotations, Sales reports, Distributor agreement, Retailers Database.
