Guruji Astro - Manager - Social Media Ads (1-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and supporting social media channels while maintaining a certain Reach, Engagement and Revenue target
- Excellent understanding on all social media channels, especially with a deep understanding on LinkedIn and Quora as platform deeply and coming up with strategies to scale the performance.
- Create viral content mostly in video format to support growth for social media as well as creatives in performance ads
- Being able to position a product and what kind of social media we should set up for certain products.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience social media channels, experience with Quora is a plus
- Proven track record of growing a brand via social media and storytelling.
- Mission driven and passionate about distributing life-changing messages across platforms.
- Excellent written skills in both English, Hindi and one regional language as a Plus
- Love for personal growth content. You need to grasp various concepts and teachings instantly and make sure our content/social media represents those concepts accurately.
- High levels of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Deliver the best ROI while meeting ROAS targets / Continuous experiments and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Working closely with marketing Head to execute different campaigns.
- Working with Digital Marketing team on increasing ads performance.
- The understanding outcome of campaigns/consumer behaviour and implementing the learning.
- Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for the target group.
- Identifying trends in data and creating an audience with logic.
