Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the benefits of our digital marketing courses.
- Understand and identify student needs to recommend the most suitable courses.
- Maintain a daily call log and update lead status in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a positive and professional demeanor on calls.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages if needed].
- Persuasive and confident with the ability to sell over the phone.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain professional.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus
