Guptasons - The leading real estate firm with an immense specialty in INVESTMENT ADVISORY, RETAIL LEASING, and HOTEL TRANSACTIONS. We are looking for a young, energetic, smart person to assist us in Mall leasing and mall operations. The potential candidate must have prior experience in Mall Leasing and good exposure to shopping mall operations. The successful candidate will report to a senior business owner and assist to add value and enhancement across the business. This position is for a new mall that is under construction and will plunge into operation soon. We are looking for candidates based in Raipur, and who have prior experience working with leading malls in Raipur. The person must be willing to travel for r for client site visits.

Seeking out for a young energetic person. Salary 30K INR per month.

Qualification :

- Excellent communication skills.

- 3+ yrs of mall Leasing Person placed locally at Raipur for client site visit.

- Worked in malls previously, and have a fair idea about mall operations.

- Relevant Experience in Mall Retail Leasing or relevant experience.

- Fair Commercial real estate knowledge.

- Co-ordination with Architects / Consultant & monthly review reports.

- Fair experience in Malls in Raipur or Indore.

More Qualifications :

- Ability to work under pressure

- Manage a diversity of requests and activities

- Strong time and task commitment

- Preferably from Mall Maintenance Office with an experience of 3-5 years.

Candidates who have work experience in leading brand outlets like H and M, Levis, Marks and Spencers, etc. also apply.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Sales, Marketing, advertising, communications or any related field

- Three to five years in retail and/or related shopping center experience or any related experience
