Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities :
- Manage Incoming Calls or Chats and Customer Service Inquiries
- Follow Up to Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken on Customer Requests
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Refer Unresolved Customer Grievances or Special Requests to Designated Departments For Further Investigation
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable with computers and online tools like Intercom, google docs/sheets, etc.
- Hindi and English is must (Other regional languages are good to have
