Job Description :
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage Customer Support for Hubble
- Incoming calls or chats and other user inquiries
- Report and resolve customer complaints proactively in a time efficient manner
- Follow-up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
- Knowing Hubble in details to respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Qualifications & Skills Required :
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in support roles
- Experienced in both non-voice (chat) & voice (user calls) processes
- Comfortable with systems & online tools like Intercom, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.
- Fluency in English & Hindi is a must (Other languages will be a bonus)
Salary : 2.2 LPA to 3 LPA Fixed (based on experience)
Work Location & Timing :
- HustleHub Spaces, 17th Main, Sector 4, HSR Layout, Bangalore - 560102
- 9:30am to 6:30pm, 6 days working with 1 weekday off (flexible)
