We are currently seeking a dynamic Filed Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate new markets, acquire new clients, and expand the company's customer base
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales targets, goals, and objectives, and develop action plans to achieve them
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients interested in our finance consulting services
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for differentiation and drive innovation in our sales approach
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to ensure ongoing engagement and progress towards conversion, effectively overcoming objections and barriers to sale.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as relevant regulatory requirements, in all sales activities and interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in inside sale/field sales, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to leverage sales data and insights to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed to meet business needs.
